Description

YAW-10000F microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine is mainly used for compressive strength and bending test of concrete specimens and concrete structural members. It is also used for the compressive strength test of rubber bearings, metal materials and metal structural parts. The test machine is suitable for metallurgy, building materials, aviation, aerospace, colleges and universities, research institutes and other fields.
The main engine adopts the lower frame structure of the oil cylinder, which is mainly composed of a base, a beam, a screw rod, a cylinder and a piston. The beam is connected to the four lead screws through the nut, the lower end of the screw is mounted on the base, and is fastened with a nut, thereby forming The force frame. The motor reducer that is mounted on the beam drives the sprocket to rotate, thereby driving the nut to rotate, thereby realizing the vertical movement of the beam, so that the test space can be easily adjusted. The upper and lower discs and the ball head spherical seat are fixed on the beam. The cylinder and the piston are fixed in the center of the base, and the fixed pressure plate is mounted on the piston, and the moving platen is connected to the guide rail through the wheel, so that the large sample can be easily placed.
